Our lil model

So, we have this bitchin' friend Rachel who has an amazing talent of capturing moments in time using something called a "camera." She points it at things (or people) presses a button, and it quickly draws a lifelike picture of whatever it was pointed at. Crazy, I know.

Anyway, we recruited Rachel to come down to lovely San Diego from lovely Culver City and point said machine at our wee lil one for a couple of hours. She agreed, but only when I told her I'd buy her a sandwich and make uncomfortable jokes, but not necessarily in that order. She was delivered here by one of my dear friends (and her fiance) Hot Grant. It was a treat to see them both, and to spend a few quality hours with Rachel, Mel and Peanut.

Every time I look at these photos, or at our lil gal, I feel so lucky and thank God for sending her to Mel and I. She is such a little ball of amazingness, I just can't get enough of staring at her.
